Privacy Policy

DailyLoop Solitaire is developed and published by DailyLoop Games, operated by RRLC Systems and Analytics LTDA, based in Brazil. DailyLoop Solitaire is a local game with no backend and no account system. This policy explains what data is collected, by whom, and how you can contact us.

DailyLoop Solitaire does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any login credentials. Cloud save uses your existing Google account through Google Play Games Services, as described below.

Your game progress, including your statistics, daily challenge completions, and settings, is saved locally on your device. This data does not leave your device except through cloud save as described below. All local save data is encrypted on disk.

DailyLoop Solitaire uses Google Play Games Services to back up your game progress to the cloud. This allows your data to be restored if you reinstall the game. Google Play Games Services signs in automatically using your Google account on the device. We do not receive or store your Google account credentials. The data synced includes your game statistics, daily challenge progress, and preferences. Cloud save operates under Google's privacy policy.

DailyLoop Solitaire displays ads provided by Google AdMob. The game includes interstitial ads shown between games and optional rewarded video ads. On first launch, users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland will be asked for consent to personalized advertising via a Google-provided consent form. You may change your consent at any time in the game's Settings screen under Privacy Options. If you decline consent, non-personalized ads may still be shown. AdMob operates under Google's privacy policy and may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery and measurement.

DailyLoop Solitaire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Under applicable laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because DailyLoop Solitaire stores game data locally on your device, you may delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. For cloud save data held by Google Play Games Services, you may manage or delete it through your Google account settings. DailyLoop Games is operated from Brazil. Google Play Games Services and Google AdMob process data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. By using DailyLoop Solitaire, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. These transfers are governed by Google's privacy policy and contractual safeguards.

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or delete it manually. Cloud save data is retained by Google Play Games Services until you delete it through your Google account. We do not maintain any server-side database of player data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
