DailyLoop Games is operated by RRLC Systems and Analytics LTDA, based in Brazil. DailyLoop Colosseum is developed and maintained by a single developer. DailyLoop Colosseum collects the minimum data necessary to operate the game. This policy explains what we receive, how it is used, and how you can contact us.

DailyLoop Colosseum uses platform-based sign-in (Google, and in the future Apple) to authenticate players. We do not receive or store your password. We receive a platform-provided account identifier used to link your game data to your account.

To operate the game, we collect:

• The platform account identifier provided by Google or Apple Sign-In
• Character, inventory, gold, and progression data
• Purchase history for in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Chosen character names, which may appear on public leaderboards
• Technical data such as crash reports and session information for stability and security

We do not request your real name, phone number, address, or date of birth, and we do not intentionally collect personal profile information beyond what platforms provide for authentication.

We use collected data to save your progress, operate gameplay systems such as leaderboards and purchases, improve stability and balance, provide support, detect abuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

DailyLoop Colosseum may rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and advertising providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

DailyLoop Colosseum is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Under applicable laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a privacy-related request, contact contact@dailyloopgames.com.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the game, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

DailyLoop Games is operated from Brazil. Our backend infrastructure runs on Google Firebase, which processes and stores data on servers located in the United States and potentially other countries. By using DailyLoop Colosseum, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We rely on Google's infrastructure and contractual safeguards to protect data during these transfers.

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the game. Go to Settings, then Account, and follow the deletion steps at the bottom of that screen.

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing contact@dailyloopgames.com from the address linked to your account. We will process your request promptly.

Purchase records are retained for up to five years as required by Brazilian tax law (Lei 9.430/1996). All other data is permanently deleted. Your name is removed from public leaderboards immediately upon deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
