DailyLoop Games is operated by RRLC Systems and Analytics LTDA, based in Brazil. Daily Loop Colosseum collects the minimum data necessary to operate the game. This policy explains what we receive, how it is used, and how you can contact us.

Daily Loop Colosseum uses platform-based sign-in (Google, and in the future Apple) to authenticate players. We do not receive or store your password. We receive a platform-provided account identifier used to link your game data to your account.

To operate the game, we collect:

• The platform account identifier provided by Google or Apple Sign-In
• Character, inventory, gold, and progression data
• Purchase history for in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Chosen character names, which may appear on public leaderboards
• Technical data such as crash reports and session information for stability and security

We do not request your real name, phone number, address, or date of birth, and we do not intentionally collect personal profile information beyond what platforms provide for authentication.

We use collected data to save your progress, operate gameplay systems such as leaderboards and purchases, improve stability and balance, provide support, detect abuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Daily Loop Colosseum may rely on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and advertising providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Daily Loop Colosseum is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Under applicable laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a privacy-related request, contact contact@dailyloopgames.com.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the game, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
