Privacy Policy

GladiatorLoop is developed and published by DailyLoop Games, operated by RRLC Systems and Analytics LTDA, based in Brazil. GladiatorLoop is a local-first game with no backend and no account system. This policy explains what data is collected, by whom, and how you can contact us.

GladiatorLoop does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any login credentials. Cloud save uses your existing Google account through Google Play Games Services, as described below.

Your game progress, including your warriors, fight records, and gold, is saved locally on your device. This data does not leave your device except through cloud save as described below. All local save data is encrypted on disk.

GladiatorLoop uses Google Play Games Services to back up your game progress to the cloud. This allows your data to be restored if you reinstall the game. Google Play Games Services signs in automatically using your Google account on the device. We do not receive or store your Google account credentials. The data synced includes your warrior cohort, fight history, and accumulated gold. Cloud save operates under Google's privacy policy.

GladiatorLoop displays optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are not shown automatically. You choose when to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. On first launch, you will be asked for your consent to personalized advertising via a Google-provided consent form. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time in the game's Settings screen. If you decline consent, non-personalized ads may still be shown. AdMob operates under Google's privacy policy and may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery and measurement.

GladiatorLoop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Under applicable laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because GladiatorLoop stores game data locally on your device, you may delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. For cloud save data held by Google Play Games Services, you may manage or delete it through your Google account settings. For any other privacy-related request, contact contact@dailyloopgames.com.

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or delete it manually. Cloud save data is retained by Google Play Games Services until you delete it through your Google account. We do not maintain any server-side database of player data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
